webservice用的是cxf框架。应用启动时，启动webservice服务。刚启动一段时间webservice还很正常，但是如果有应用的模块重启，webservice就会报错：

手动运行stopServer.sh server1, startServer.sh server1后又正常了。这是怎么回事啊？
