直接写成全路径试试，最后把-hostName也加上去

换成完整路径，参考：

./manageprofiles.sh -create -profileName profile2 -profilePath C:\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\profile2 -templatePath C:\WebSphere\AppServer\profileTemplates\default -nodeName testNode -cellName testCell -hostName <hostname> -startingPort 2810
