rpm的repomd.xml相关的问题

问题描述：执行命令yum list时输出如下：

Loaded plugins: product-id, refresh-packagekit, security, subscription-manager
Updating certificate-based repositories.
Unable to read consumer identity
optional-rpms                                                      |  951 B     00:00 ...
file:///mnt/repodata/primary.xml.gz: [Errno 14] Could not open/read file:///mnt/repodata/primary.xml.gz
Trying other mirror.
file:///mnt/repodata/primary.xml.gz: [Errno 14] Could not open/read file:///mnt/repodata/primary.xml.gz
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: repodata/primary.xml.gz from optional-rpms: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

在往后桑查资料说：新的yum中用的是sha256加密，以前的是md5sum，所以需要重新创建库.使用
createrepo ，加上 -s md5sum 就可以了。

可是在我的系统中不能使用createrepo命令。
具体的实现方法到底是什么？
