在mac os x 10.9上安装putty失败

在mac os x 10.9上安装putty失败，错误提示信息如下：

主要卡在了安装CMake那里。
单独安装CMake，错误信息如下：

请问出错原因是什么，要怎么解决呢？求大神们指导。
