求书籍推荐啊

visual stdio下编程的书籍（说实话vs我不太会用），书籍内容是关于
MFC的。
最近的一个小项目，是个小游戏。就是VS上开发MFC的小游戏。对VS和MFC都不是很熟，
求书籍推荐，尽量多点例子的书

书籍方面： 1 深入浅出MFC，只需要看看前几章，后面的用到时再看 2 windows程序设计第五版 珍藏版（这个版本代码是vs2008修改过的），这个按需查阅 网上内容： 看看鸡啄米的vs2010入门 http://www.jizhuomi.com/software/257.html 剩下的按项目网上查就可以了
