用C++实现txt文件读取、排序及写入。。。。。。。。。。

小白一枚，求大神指教。问题是：

从本地读取一个txt文件，文件内容是有多行数据，例如：
qwsadasd
akshdklaklhdk
bsjda
想要实现把文件读入，然后按照首字母升序排序，最后写回文件：
akshdklaklhdk
bsjda
qwsadasd

我的想法是将数据存入char型二位数组，例如a[0][0]为q，a[1][0]为b，a[2][0]为b。然后比较这三个数来排序，最后写回文件。

这个想法可以实现吗？怎么实现，大家可以教教我吗？
