高分悬赏！apache2.2配置日志按天分割时总是报错！！

环境：
操作系统：Windows
版本：2.2
配置与网上写的基本上一样，如下所述：
LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b" common
CustomLog "|bin/rotatelogs.exe logs/%Y_%m_%d.access.log 86400 480″ common env=!gif-image
但验证时，总是出现如下错误：
Syntax error on line 326 of E:/UM/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf:
CustomLog takes two or three arguments, a file name, a custom log format string
or format name, and an optional "env=" clause (see docs)
从错误上提示，应该是参数缺失，如果不用rotatelogs去分割日志则无相关错误，使用绝对路径同样报错，求解释！
