Delphi IDE中的Data Explorer窗口功能不正常

我的软件环境是64位 Windows7，机器上安装了Delphi XE和2009两个版本。这两个版本Delphi的IDE中的Data Explorer窗口，功能不正常，具体地说，就是没有任何可用的条目，空白的，如下图所示：


这个错误，跟操作系统有关系吗，如何解决？
