公司的平等：你不会做事，无法创造价值，老板炒你鱿鱼。你对老板不爽，对工作环境不爽，你炒老板鱿鱼，这就是公司的平等，除此之外，没有其他！

Relatively speaking, equality in Sweden is more down-to-earth and tangible to rank and file. For example, originally,only females can enjoy maternity leave at least seven months, but then they found it's unfair to males. Therefore, according to current policy,males and females in Sweden can enjoy benefits of maternity leave respectively. It looks very ridiculous,especially for Chinese citizens.After all, physiologically speaking,males never can give birth to child. What I want to say, definition of equality differ in countries,differ in culture.
