c# winform中如何实现excel2010的chart+grid效果？

在excel2010种，可以很轻松地实现如图这种效果，将图和表对齐绑在一起，在winform中，我们通常用chart+gridview，效果明显没有excel的看起来自然美观，我试过将legend设置成table类型，但格式调整起来还是有很多问题，位置和宽度都很难对齐。不知道有没有其他解决方案？

我就是用mschart来做项目的，但是没有找到任何好的方法，只能把legend改成table，效果还是不行。
