python3.4无法使用eric？

win7 x32 4G
我安装了 python-3.4.0.msi，是最新的吧
然后安装了PyQt4-4.10.4-gpl-Py3.3-Qt4.8.5-x32.exe 这个没有for py3.4的，我只能手工选择python3.4目录

然后我运行install.py安装eric5-5.4.3

但是依旧提示pyqt4没有安装，help

难道python3.4就是无法使用eric吗
