由于传递参数，用到映射，新建RedCollarService.aegis.xml

在执行调用报错
org.codehaus.xfire.XFireRuntimeException: Could not invoke service.. Nested exception is org.codehaus.xfire.fault.XFireFault: java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.util.Map
