请问，行 ：控件 list1 的类 RichTextLib.RichTextBox 不是一个已加载的控件类

从VB安装盘上复制Richtx32.ocx到目标系统，并且运行下regsvr32 x:\path\Richtx32.ocx （x:\path替换成你的路径）

但是我看了下system32里有这个文件呀[/quote]重新注册一下。如果是win7等新系统的话到C:\Windows\SysWOW64 下注册[/quote]话说，我居然没syswow64这个文件夹啊。。

那估计是你的系统不是64位的。 看看sytem32下面的ocx注册后是提示成功还是失败。 regsvr32 Richtx32.ocx

谢谢大家，我自己解决了。原来是我的vb没有获取管理员权限
