May be network issue. Workaround The MasterDBRefreshInterval custom parameter can be set for the Domain to increase the refresh interval and avoid temporary issues. Note If there is an on going issue with connectivity this parameter will not resolve this issue. The underlying issue must be resolved in order to avoid this in the future. You can set the MasterDBRefreshInterval custom parameter as follows: (For complete analysis it's required to have TCP Dump and Spy log analysis) Login to the Administration Console Click on the Domain on the Left-Hand navigation On the Right-Hand Navigation click on Properties Scroll to the bottom of the Properties page and edit the Custom Properties Under Properties , go to Custom Properties > Edit Specify the parameter name MasterDBRefreshInterval and the value in seconds (30 or lesser is recommended). Example MasterDBRefreshInterval=30 Click OK. Restart the domain. This value will increase the refresh interval to 30 seconds. The default value is 8 seconds. You can set the domain property from the infacmd.sh command line utility: $INFA_HOME/isp/bin/infacmd.sh -dn DomainName -un Administrator -pd Administrator -do MasterDBRefreshInterval=X where X is a numeric valus in seconds.
