hadoop集群配置的一个问题

按照http://blog.csdn.net/licongcong_0224/article/details/12972889 配好hadoop后。
运行上文中的实例

./bin/hdfs dfs –mkdir /input

./bin/hadoop jar ./share/hadoop/mapreduce/hadoop-mapreduce-examples-2.2.0.jar randomwriter input

在运行第二个实例时却发生了下列错误


也就是

求大牛解释。不胜感激！！

通过不断尝试，已经不再报错了。
但是运行./bin/hadoop jar ./share/hadoop/mapreduce/hadoop-mapreduce-examples-2.2.0.jar randomwriter input
却卡住了。

然后就不动了。
