cvs 从windows 迁移到linux下报错

刚刚把公司以前的windows上的cvs迁移到了linux上，只是把CVSNT里面的文件全部copy到linux的cvs中
，用户也成功创建，但是eclipse 同步代码的时候报以下错误

以上是报错信息，望大神们帮忙看看。
