access数据库读取时出错

各位大虾：

你们好！
在写上位机，发现当使用另外一个窗体的程序访问同一个access数据库是相对路径出错。

在代码中运行没问题，但是到客户的电脑上运行提示错误。
form3下的代码，
Data Source=|DataDirectory|\db1.mdb, db1.mdb放在.exe文件下的目录，应该是能查找得到啊。
我把数据库放在输出目录debug文件夹下，文件名为db1.
提示如下错误：
