在C:\Windows\winsxs\目录下，好了结贴

msdn上的说明：http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ff519502(v=vs.85).aspx 基本就是先安装GPMC，Microsoft.GroupPolicy.Management.dll就到GAC里面了，然后改下注册表，可以用普通方式浏览GAC文件夹，从里面找到那个dll
