关于C#调用摄像头的问题

本人上网找了一个操作摄像头的代码,根据个人需要稍作修改,是调用avicap32.dll插件的,但出现问题。程序不稳定,一时能正常调用、抓拍,一时就不能,只有黑屏。到底怎么回事?

不妨使用Silverlight的“本地窗口程序/浏览器外”模式开发一个应用程序。它不需要你安装什么摄像头驱动,就能开发很好的摄像头录象软件。而且可以支持本地磁盘读写、支持udp/tcp跨进程通讯,可以跟其它桌面程序集成起来。
具体是怎么做?我从来没有用过Silverlight,所以不会用,求指导。
