分享关于C#调用摄像头的问题
本人上网找了一个操作摄像头的代码，根据个人需要稍作修改，是调用avicap32.dll插件的，但出现问题。程序不稳定，一时能正常调用、抓拍，一时就不能，只有黑屏。到底怎么回事？

不妨使用Silverlight的“本地窗口程序/浏览器外”模式开发一个应用程序。它不需要你安装什么摄像头驱动，就能开发很好的摄像头录象软件。而且可以支持本地磁盘读写、支持udp/tcp跨进程通讯，可以跟其它桌面程序集成起来。
