C盘出现错误?

每次开机在WIN7的开机动画之后会出现下面的错误提示;
Check file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is OS.
The volume is clean.
Cannot open volume for direct access.
Autochk cannot run due to an error caused by a recently installed software package.
Use the system restore feature from the control panel to restore the system to a point prior to the recent software package installation.
Unspecified error occurred (766f6c756d652e63 3f1)

然后可以进入系统，但发现C盘的一些文件损坏了（文件的修改时间没有改变，但内容全乱了），VS2012也不正常了，不能打开项目文件，请问怎么解决？
