netstat -plan|grep 7809 出现挺多连接 close_wait状态。。。

PS：目标端和源端的 iptables ,selinux 都已经关闭

目标端mgr进程没起来 检查下目标端的/etc/hosts里的ip地址是否配置正常，以及端口是否被占用

你的端口不是写着8219吗？ telnet ip 8219是否通？ 不通的话，要么mgr没起，要么防火墙堵着了。 就这两个原因。

netstat -ano|grep 8219查看本地是否启动了该端口监听？
