CentOS连接不上windows中的mysql数据库

在windows上安装了虚拟机和mysql；然后再虚拟机中安装了CentOS，并在CentOS里面安装了Bugzilla，Bugzilla访问的数据库是windows中的mysql，因为windows开始已安装了mysql，所以没在CentOS中再安装。
CentOS和windows都开放了3306端口权限，但是运行Bugzilla时，一直报错：


Software error:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '192.168.1.200' (13)
Is your database installed and up and running?
Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

CentOS不用开放3306的 你先ping一下能通么，telnet一下端口能痛么。再看看其他的防火墙配置吧。
