Mac环境下安装RVM出现问题，求助大神......

安装Rvm环境终端执行指令
curl -L https://get.rvm.io | bash -s stable
安装过程中出现

Upgrade Notes:

to do that add the following line to '/Users/Mac/.bash_profile':

source ~/.profile

* No new notes to display.
然后我执行/Users/Mac/.bash_profile source ~/.profile或者echo "source ~/.profile" >> ~/.bash_profile指令出现下面的没有权限
-bash: /Users/Mac/.bash_profile: Permission denied

我该怎么解决这个问题 ？？？求大神帮助
