SSHD 服务无法启动 “Could not load host key”

在ARM的开发板上启动SSHD服务的时候报错
root@MYD-AM335x etc# /usr/sbin/sshd
Could not load host key: /etc/ssh_host_rsa_key
Could not load host key: /etc/ssh_host_dsa_key
Could not load host key: /etc/ssh_host_ecdsa_key

但是在etc目录下已经有这几个文件了

权限和用户也都没问题，实在不知道怎么解决了
