现在在一家第三方支付公司工作，目前要开发一个清算系统，由于之前从没做过这种系统，问一下做过清算系统的大侠门，该怎么去过，具体都有什么功能？

最基本的需求就是：我该向银行要多少钱，我该给下面的商户多少钱，生成有关报表，这些需求都是我想的。其实没有人给我提需求。
