【求助】同事电脑开机就莫名其妙不断的跳出.Net frmework的报错窗口（如下），怎么解决呢？

不知道什么原因，求给出解决方法
以下是报错内容

软件与硬件配置不兼容，最好卸载有关软件，或正确安装，当然这是可能，没遇到过这种问题
