你配置监听了么？ web.xml里面加入以下配置：

<listener>  
        <listener-class>  
            org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener  
        </listener-class>  
    </listener>    

还有，配置监听之后，你application.xml是不是在指定的资源目录下， 找不到也会有这个问题
