文件路径大小写转换

用户输入了一个文件路径字符串
我想在处理之后将此路径重新输出（输出时可以肯定用户输入的路径确实存在）
输出路径时想把路径中的大小写改变成实际的大小写
比如用户输入的是：c:\program files (x86)\tencent\qq\bin\qq.exe 而我希望按实际的路径名称来改变，改成：C:\Program Files (x86)\Tencent\QQ\Bin\QQ.exe
请问有没有什么简单的办法做到
