使用自己写的内容提供器时，SecurityException: Permission Denial

如题，异常如下：
java.lang.SecurityException: Permission Denial: opening provider com.example.hellosqdatabaselite.DatabaseProvider from ProcessRecord{269c8c78 8325:com.example.providertest/u0a103} (pid=8325, uid=10103) that is not exported from uid 10114

在内容提供器中做了注册的

android:name="com.example.hellosqdatabaselite.DatabaseProvider"
android:authorities="com.example.hellosqdatabaselite.provider"

</provider>

然后在另一个程序中试用时，出现异常，如帖子开头部分那样的提示
