海康平台回放错误，ntdll

使用海康iVMS-8800平台开发，把ocx嵌入客户端。使用海康的回放控件，名称是TPlayBack_OCX，编译完成运行时报错。

(Report #: 111022) I've set all my packages and exe in new projects and change param for comp32x.dll to -1 Edit registry key HKCU\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\10.0\Debugging\Embarcadero Debuggers\Evaluators Set comp32x.dll from 1 to -1.
