Weblogic12.2.1启动报错

Linux系统上，中间件版本:weblogic12.2.1，JDK版本: JDK1.8.0_73，
在部署完war包后启动时报错。但是在Weblogic12C和JDK1.6版本上部署时没有报错。
各路大神，请帮忙分析一下报错原因:
