【100大洋】网上下载了一个java编写的程序不知道该怎么使用，谁能帮我看看

最近研究加权voronoi图，在网上下载了一个可以绘图的程序，但打开一看是用java编写的，不知道该如何安装和使用（尽管附有相关的安装和使用说明，但没学过java，看不懂），希望这方面的达人能帮我看一看，需要安装哪些东西才能把它运行起来，小白在此感谢，如能使用，愿意支付100大洋。

安装jdk，配置环境变量。然后就直接运行我的系统是utuntu，运行这个readme里面的例子。结果
