vs不能生成pdb

最近在做海康威视视频的二次开发，尝试用MFC做出一个ocx控件。之前vs2010使用没有什么问题，
可是因为装了sql sever 2008 r2之后，编译海康威视提供SDK的DEMO MFC实例就提示如下的问题，虽然也能生成MFC窗体，但是无论IP,还是别的信息都是正确的，自己也ping通了摄像头的IP，可是一运行都提示播放出错错误代码 107。为此我重装系统，刚重装系统完vs能实时预览，可是下午再打开DEMO的实例，又出现了老问题。

我按照网上人家说的打开调试---->选项和设置--->调试--->符号---->勾选Mircosoft符号服务器，等加载完系统的dll之后，发现本地的符号还是没有加载

连重装系统的大招都放出来了，实在没辙了。求救。
还有不知道我的DEMO实例播放不了，与pdb有没有关系？真的快崩溃了。。。
