配置和目录如下：

检查一下applicationContext.xml 里的sessionFactory 各项配置是否正确 还有检查一下各种路径是不是匹配的。

具体原因不知道,我的是这个包有问题c3p0-0.9.5.3.jar,换了一个com.springsource.com.mchange.v2.c3p0-0.9.1.2.jar好了,困扰了我好久的,只是试了一下,根本没想到真是这个原因
