新人求助..thin start 出错 WINDOWS环境

在网上找了教程 安装ruby devkit gem安装了thin以及所有的依赖库 但是启动的时候报错
报错内容如下

只是想把别人开发的一个项目给跑起来 求大神们指点 或者 给推荐一个好用的集成环境 用过 rubystack InstantRails 都会报错
