关于winform ConfigurationManager.AppSettings 取值的问题

我要修改app.config文件里的配置信息，通过修改xml方法修改debug调试下的 程序名.exe.config 文件修改完后用ConfigurationManager.AppSettings方法取发现取得还是没有修改前的值，也就是app.config中的值，是不是取值的方法不对还是改的文件不对，求方法...

还发现关闭程序后ConfigurationManager.AppSettings取值成功，不关闭程序ConfigurationManager.AppSettings取值就不行，都快晕了，求大神解释下

那是因为你在vs里运行的关系

还发现不重启的状态下 文件名.exe.config的值改变了，文件名.vshost.exe.config文件没有修改，而ConfigurationManager.AppSettings方法好像取得是文件名.vshost.exe.config的值 程序关闭的时候 文件名.vshost.exe.config的值会改变

调试时读取 文件名.vshost.exe.config，想测试的话把程序和配置文件拷贝到其它文件夹进行测试
