提交到地址有问题。你可以先写个html的form表单提交一下测试，一般是服务器端处理代码的问题，或者配置不正确导致，

打断点调试了一下，发现总是在ajaxfileupload.js里下面代码的异常catch块总是会捕获到异常，使得 status = "error";
