.net远程PowerShell操作ExChange激活邮箱

初入接触ActiveDirectory这个，已经为AD添加了邮箱字段的值，但是却没有为ExChange邮箱激活，在网上找了很多解决方案，以及根据网上提供的方式，以及异常捕捉出来的问题，也一一的去解决，但最好也还是无法解决激活ExChange邮箱这个操作，对于在网上找到的比较全面的一个博客：http://www.cnblogs.com/renzh/p/AD-Exchange.html，也试过了，也还是不行。不知道有哪位大神可以提供下方法？或者还漏掉了哪些配置需要去处理的。（备注：百度出来的答案，就麻烦不要再在这里粘贴复制了，谢谢粘贴党了）
