微信里小视频压缩参数设置

微信的朋友圈里有很多近一分钟的小视频，大小不到1024.看着还挺清晰。请问各位大神是如何压缩的呢，我用小丸子工具压缩了一下，画面差很多！下面附上微信里小视频的一些数据
