android开发 SwipeRefreshLayout中WebView下拉刷新和下拉有冲突

这样写，做webview下拉刷新的时候，下拉刷新和下拉有冲突怎么解决啊？试了好久都没有解决..

混合开发的，webview加载js代码，做下拉刷新，然而在正常的都能加载，唯独公司自己的js代码有问题，唉，感觉被js坑了
