加载顺序是不是有问题，placeholder要在最开始配置。

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not resolve placeholder 'driverClassName' in string value "${driverClassName}" 这已经说明问题了，先试着别引用参数，直接将驱动名的value值写在数据源配置那里。如果成功了，说明没有加载到jdbc参数文件。如果失败了，那就是驱动名写错了
