crrypto++ RSA 解密失败

我用java生成的RSA私钥,公钥,并用公钥加密的密文。
使用c++和crrypto++来解密。
测试一:成功
用crrypto++库,利用java生成公钥加密字符串,再立即用私钥解密。成功。
测试二:
用crrypto++库,利用java生成的私钥对java加密的密文进行解密,失败。

请问可能是什么原因?
我怀疑是密文的格式不符合要求,我得到的密文是二进制的,我将其转化为16进制字符(0x12->'1' '2'),是不是错了?

代码如下(参考https://my.oschina.net/u/566591/blog/168520写的):

To zhao4zhong1 , 非常感谢,看了一下代码,非常遗憾,和我的使用场景不太匹配。 我现在应该就是一个问题: crypto++生成的密文格式是什么样的?和java生成的秘钥格式的差别是什么? 换一句话,java加密的密文,需要怎么转一下格式才能被crypto++使用?
