导入maven项目报web.xml出错


错误如下
cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'web-app'.

看过别人eclipse下也没有这个包，弄了好久没弄出来，也没理解是哪方面报错，求大神指导！！！！

项目名上右键>build config>configure build config



这个界面有没有错误，umbound或未找到之类的,如果没有，在maven菜单中清理一下再update

怎么处理编码的，右键属性里的编码格式已经是utf-8。我也碰到这个问题
