现在的android为何不能单步调试了？

Eclipse下

        android:debuggable="true" >

报错：Avoid hardcoding the debug mode; leaving it out allows debug and release builds to automatically assign one

我记得以前加了android:debuggable="true"，就能单步调试的。为什么现在不行了？
