在wcf通过EF调用数据库时报一下错误，平时都是好的就偶发会出现，直接在sqlserver manager工具里查数据也不行，重启sqlserver服务后才好，请问这是啥原因该如何解决？

可能的原因
A)业务太忙
如果不能对业务进行人工干预（错时执行），基本上是升级硬件/加服务器组集群的后续了。
B)产生了死锁
那么要修改数据处理的流程/业务了。
C)tempdb 太小
这个最简单，修改 tempdb 的大小，尽量多给。
