circular dependency的问题

我一个solution下有两个项目A和B，现在A引用了B，然后我想B引用A，系统不让，说是circular依赖，我估计是不能互相引用。
这个怎么解决？我项目B里也需要用到项目A的类。
还有这种情况为什么不让引用呢？
