mysql错误1053：服务没有及时响应启动或者控制请求

本人刚刚学习mysql，在mysql环境配置完成，但是却无法启动mysql显示错误是

而我的my.ini文件格式是basedir="E:\mysql-5.5.54-winx64\mysql-5.5.54-winx64"
