mac安装win10以后安装mamp环境mysql启动不了

今天装了win10原生的系统，然后装了个php开发的集成wamp环境，apache没有问题，但是mysql就是打不开，错误日志内容如下

MYSQL没有初始化，或者datadir指向的位置不正确。
