libx264编译问题

我在ubuntu上编译libx264.没有问题。但是在调用libX264.A编译就报/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/libx264.a(cabac-a.o): relocation R_X86_64_32 against `x264_cabac_range_lps' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
/usr/lib/libx264.a: could not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
这种错误。我在编译的时候也加了CFLAGS = - fPIC.是什么原因？
