tiles 框架使用问题？？

环境配置：win10 +　eclipse　neon１　＋　tomcat８
问题：最近用到ｔｉｌｅｓ３框架，看了网上的帖子，然后自己试着做了公司分配的一个任务，结果在做页面跳转的时候出现问题，大家帮忙看一下！
